1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service (hereinafter — "Agreement") define the terms of use of the btgsoft.ru website (hereinafter — "Website") and govern the relationship between the Website Administration (hereinafter — "Administration") and Website users (hereinafter — "User").

By using the Website, the User agrees to the terms of this Agreement. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Agreement, they must stop using the Website.

2. Subject of Agreement

The Website provides information about Break The Game (BTG) software and the ability to purchase licenses to use this software. The Website is an informational resource and is not the official website of game developers or copyright holders.

3. User Rights and Obligations

The User agrees to:

  • Use the Website in accordance with its purpose and not violate the rights of third parties
  • Not distribute the received software to third parties
  • Not use the software for commercial purposes without the Administration's permission
  • Comply with all terms of use of the purchased software
  • Not attempt to hack, modify or reverse engineer the software

4. Administration Rights and Obligations

The Administration agrees to:

  • Provide access to purchased software after successful payment
  • Provide assistance with software launch and installation — this is a priority area of our work. We provide detailed instructions, answer user questions and help solve technical problems that arise during software installation and configuration
  • Provide technical support to users regarding the use of purchased software
  • Inform users about software updates and provide update instructions
  • Maintain confidentiality of users' personal data

5. Purchase and Use Terms

When purchasing software through the Website, the User receives a license to use the software for personal purposes. The license is provided for the subscription period or until product support is discontinued.

The User understands and agrees that:

  • Using cheats may lead to game account ban
  • The Administration is not responsible for user account bans
  • Software is provided "as is", without functionality guarantees
  • The Administration reserves the right to discontinue product support at any time

6. Intellectual Property

All Website materials, including texts, images, logos, are the property of the Administration or are used with the permission of copyright holders. Use of Website materials without written permission from the Administration is prohibited.

All game names, logos and trademarks mentioned on the Website belong to their legal owners. Use of such designations is carried out solely for informational purposes.

7. Liability

The Administration is not responsible for:

  • User game account bans
  • Damage caused as a result of software use
  • Inability to use software due to game or anti-cheat updates
  • Actions of third parties, including game developers and anti-cheat systems

The User bears full responsibility for the use of purchased software and the consequences of such use.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are made in accordance with the Refund Policy posted on the "Payment and Delivery" page. Refunds are not provided for account bans or change of purchase decision after receiving the product.

9. Changes to Agreement Terms

The Administration reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time. Changes take effect from the moment of their publication on the Website. Continued use of the Website after changes means the User agrees to the new terms.

This Agreement is governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation. All disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if it is impossible to reach an agreement — through court proceedings at the Administration's location.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply in full.
