Consent to Personal Data Processing

I hereby give my consent to the Administration of the btgsoft.ru website (hereinafter — "Operator") to process my personal data on the terms and for the purposes defined by this consent.

Consent Validity Period

Consent to personal data processing is valid from the moment personal data is provided until consent is withdrawn by the personal data subject or until personal data processing purposes are achieved.

Personal Data Subject Rights

In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data", the personal data subject has the right to:

  • Receive information regarding processing of their personal data
  • Require the Operator to clarify, block or destroy personal data if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained or not necessary for the stated processing purpose
  • Withdraw consent to personal data processing
  • Appeal the Operator's actions or inaction to the authorized body for protection of personal data subjects' rights or through court
  • Receive information about personal data storage periods

Withdrawal of Consent to Personal Data Processing

The personal data subject has the right to withdraw their consent to personal data processing by sending a corresponding notification to the Operator at email address: ivsofte@inbox.ru or via Telegram: @idreamhack.

In case of withdrawal of consent to personal data processing, the Operator stops processing and destroys personal data within a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal, unless otherwise provided by the contract, of which the personal data subject is a party, or another agreement between the Operator and the personal data subject.

Measures for Personal Data Protection

The Operator takes necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions regarding personal data.

Such measures include:

  • Use of secure communication channels when transferring data
  • Data encryption when processing payments
  • Restriction of access to personal data to authorized persons only
  • Regular updating of protection systems
  • Monitoring and control of access to personal data

Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

The Operator may transfer personal data to third parties only in the following cases:

  • Payment systems (Digiseller, B2Pay) for payment processing — only data necessary for payment is transferred
  • Upon request of government agencies in cases provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation
  • To protect the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator or third parties

The Operator does not transfer personal data to third parties for their commercial use without the consent of the personal data subject.
