Refund Policy

Refunds are NOT provided in the following cases:

  • Violation of software use rules

Refunds are made to the same payment details used for payment, or through the Digiseller payment system refund system. To request a refund, you must contact the Website Administration via Telegram administrator (@idreamhack) or email ivsofte@inbox.ru.

The refund request review period is up to 7 business days. After refund approval, funds will be credited to your account within 3-14 business days depending on the payment system.
